Leadership Conference
REI asked our team to take their Leadership Conference outside, in Lake Tahoe, California. We were responsible for creating a general session space on a ski run. We also built out a welcome reception, awards dinner and custom fabricated displays for their product. We handled all structure and infrastructure including rigging, scaffolding, tension membrane structure, engineering, permitting, power, heavy equipment, and logistics for equipment and crew, right down to raking wood chips for entry path ways. We handled all event production elements including audio, video, lighting and custom fabricated scenic. We also provided event management to ensure every cue was made. We staged managed, provided speaker support, ran presentations and videos, and directed each session over the course of this week long event.

Day of Purpose
BECU asked our team to create an awe-inspiring general session at the Seattle Convention Center Summit for their more than 3,000 employees. We handled all event production elements including audio, video, lighting and custom scenic. We also provided event management to ensure every cue was made. We staged managed, provided speaker support, ran presentations and videos, and directed both opening and closing sessions.

We handled all structure and infrastructure including clear span structure, scaffolding, HVAC power, engineering, permitting, heavy equipment, and logistics for equipment and crew, right down to raking wood chips for entry path ways. We handled all event production elements including rigging, audio, video, lighting and custom fabricated scenic. We also provided event management to ensure every cue was made. We staged managed, provided speaker support, ran PowerPoint presentations and videos, and directed each session over the course of this week long event. We also provided logistical support and onsite staffing to move and place REI product.
SEIU 775
Convention and Leadership Conference
SEIU 775, a union representing more than 50,000 long-term care workers providing quality home care, nursing home care, and residential services in Washington, Montana and Alaska, asked our team to design and build their general session and reception area at the Seattle Convention Center. We handled all event production elements including rigging, audio, video, lighting, drapery, carpet and custom fabricated scenic. We partnered closely with our local stage hands union, IATSE local 15. We also provided event management to ensure every cue was made. We staged managed, provided speaker support, ran PowerPoint presentations and videos, and directed each session over the course of this week long event.

Commercial Real Estate National Meeting
JP Morgan Chase asked our team to create a sophisticated general session, multiple breakout sessions and an evening reception at the Hotel Irvine in Southern California. We handled all event production elements including audio, video, lighting and scenic. We also provided event management to ensure every cue was made. We staged managed, provided speaker support, ran presentations and videos, and directed each session over the course of this week long event.

It Starts with YES Campaign Launch
Seattle Children’s asked our team to create a dynamic general session space for their billion dollar campaign launch, It Starts with YES. We designed and built in the brand new location called The Sanctuary in Seattle. We built a custom stage with scaffolding and covered with Marley flooring. We handled all event production elements including rigging, audio, video, lighting and custom scenic. We also provided event management to ensure every cue was made. We staged managed, provided speaker support, ran presentations and videos, and directed each session.
